Companion Types

Why travel alone? The WOCCU Companion Program provides an opportunity for your companion to explore Gdańsk and still have the opportunity to attend social functions with you. The companion program is for guests and families of registered attendees. Credit union employees or volunteers and suppliers are not eligible to register under this category.

Choose from the following two options:

Social Companion Program

Participation in the following events:

• Opening Ceremony & Reception – Sunday, July 15
• Closing Awards Ceremony & Event – Wednesday, July 18
• Worldwide Foundation for Credit Unions Auction
• Silent Auction throughout the conference – Located in the Registration & Information Area at the Polish Baltic Philharmonic Hall
• Live Auction – Conducted at the Closing Event

Full Companion Program

Participation in the following events:

• Opening Ceremony & Reception – Sunday, July 15
• Closing Awards Ceremony & Dinner – Wednesday, July 18
• Worldwide Foundation for Credit Unions Auction
• Silent Auction throughout the conference – Located in the Registration & Information Area at the Polish Baltic Philharmonic Hall
• Live Auction – Conducted at the Closing Event
• PLUS – Two (2) Day Tours of your choice!**

**Full companions must select their choice of tours at the time of conference registration. On-site selection or alterations will not be allowed.

The following is not included for Social or Full Companions as availability is limited to those registered as Attendees:

• General Sessions
• Breakout Sessions
• Credit Union Visits
• Bacon, Eggs and Business Experts (BE²)
• Lunch
• Conference Bag

Please Note – A 23% VAT will be added to your companion registration as required by the Polish Government.
